What is it?
It combines elements of ballet, pilates and yoga, done at a ballet “barre”, often using small dumbbells, resistance bands and pilates balls. Move to the beat of the music.
It’s a form of “isometric” exercise – exercises that involve the contraction of muscles without any movement in the surrounding joints. The small pulses, tiny tucks and micro movements help develop long, lean muscles.
Enjoy full-body strengthening, toning and stretching. The use of mirrors also helps you tune into your body’s form and develop greater balance, alignment and posture.
