Training philosophy

Weight training. I believe that if you want to achieve great results and have a great and strong body, you need to lift weights! I love to stick to the basics, all things squats, deadlifts, the bench press & others. If you can nail these basic exercises, you can nail anything!

I was referred to Ken by a friend and since then I’ve referred 5 people to him. They’ve asked because of my mood, the changes in my body or because I told them, I’m obsessed. I want everyone to feel the way I do. He’s changed how I look and feel about my body. Kenny knows my limits when I don’t. He knows my body’s potential and what I’m capable of. Ken isn’t only my PT but he’s a superhero to me. I became such a stronger woman mentally and physically with Ken. After only a year, I can’t even recognise myself in a picture. It can be a bad, stressful or tiring day, no matter what, I’m always very excited to go and train with him because I know he will help me feel better. He’s so positive and always motivating and encouraging. He really makes me push my limits. I always leave the session feeling empowered. Thanks to him I’m becoming a better and stronger version of myself!
Since I’ve started working on my fitness with Ken, not only I’ve seen results but three things really stood out about him on his approach to fitness and wellness: his patience, persistence and positivity. Kenny has been patient by working around my busy schedule, persistent in making sure I was pushing myself enough to progress and finally always welcomes me with a smile. He’s such a positive person to be around. He truly made working out become something fun for me, which I’m really grateful for!
