Through the power of lifting weights, she not only found physical strength but also mental resilience and unwavering confidence. Now, as a dedicated strength coach, Molly is committed to sharing that transformative power with others.

As a strength coach, I specialise in building strong physiques and balanced lifestyles, while also helping individuals overcome gym anxiety and embrace their fitness journey with confidence. Recognising the daunting nature of stepping into a gym for the first time, I am committed to providing the guidance and support necessary to ease anxieties and foster a positive experience. Through personalised training programs and empathetic coaching, I create a safe and supportive environment where beginners can thrive, addressing both physical and mental well-being.

  1. I once did a skydive and the first parachute didn’t work so we had to use the backup!
