I have been a personal trainer for eight years. I spent my first two years in the industry being mentored by Sebastian Oreb and training completely for powerlifting. During this time my biggest lifts were 190kg squat, 230kg deadlift, and 115 bench, all at 78kgs

I am passionate about helping people change. I’m goal orientated and expect a lot, both from clients and myself. My style isn’t for everyone, but as long as somebody wants to get better, I will always find a way to help. I focus on three areas:
1. Body composition/transformations through strength training
2. Functional movement
3. The Deltafit GPP (General Physical Preparedness)

WHAT Francesco's CLIENTS SAY
I started training with Frank about two months before my wedding in 2012. I was 40-years-old and relatively fit, but wanted to lose a little bit of weight for the wedding.
I immediately took to Frank’s training methods, and once my wedding day passed I continued to train with him. I really enjoyed the powerlifting focus of the programs Frank set for me. In no time, I was breaking PBs and wanted to progress further.
In early 2016, my lifting numbers were at a far higher level; however, my weight had reached 90kgs. I wanted to improve my body composition. After Frank educated me on a macro diet, I was able to lose 11kg in 11 weeks. More importantly, my body fat got down to 10 per cent.
I am writing this in September 2017. I am living in Bangkok, Thailand, and am still maintaining my training and diet. I still refer to Frank from time to time for specific assistance; however, he has given me the ability to be completely independent when it comes to both my training and diet
Before I met Francesco I had completely hit a wall. I was going nowhere with my fitness or strength and my weight had plateaued and refused to budge. Nothing I did helped me lose weight or gain strength and I had become bored with the whole process.
Then I met Frankie and he turned everything around. He was able to make me look at my food and exercise in a whole new light. He taught me about healthy eating and macronutrients. He introduced me to the weights room, which I had always feared because I was scared about using equipment I had never used or seen before and I felt uncomfortable with the guys and girls who worked out in that area.
Within three months of training with Frankie I had lost seven kilos and gained a lot of strength and muscle. My confidence and understanding of technique had grown so much that I was able to walk into that weights room with my head held high and give it my all, and even train along side some of the people I'd always felt uneasy with.
Thanks to Frankie, my training has turned from boring to exciting – I even plan to go on to compete in power lifting with his help in the future. If it wasn't for Frankie I wouldn't be where I am today, and I am so grateful for him every day.
