
Although James is one of the youngest trainers at The Bunker, he brings focus and technical knowledge to every aspect of the experience, and brings his own passion for fitness out in all his clients.
From gaining strength to increasing muscular endurance, improving postural issues, burning fat and good old fashioned muscle building, James utilizes the many different benefits of resistance training.
If he's not on the gym floor he is most likely getting some sun, cooking a disproportionately big meal or enjoying a classic film.

Exercise can be used as an amazing tool for personal development. I want to use that to create a culture of self improvement in my clients. My aim is to coach people to be as passionate about fitness as I am, and to focus on quality over quantity. I guide people to their muscle building and fat loss goals, and teach proper form and technique for exercise execution.
