Frank is The Bunker's Guardian, his number one priority is that everyone in the gym is looked after and equipped with the knowledge & support to achieve any goal.
He dedicated his young adult life to become the strongest version of himself. He believes that we are here to express our true self, to create and experience our best lives. By combining both futuristic science based coaching systems with ancient knowledge, he is capable of delivering the profound coaching experience to his clients.
He leads by example, and all he teaches is sourced in his own experience. He is a believer that mind is the body, and the body is mind, and therefore he is not just helping with a training regime or a diet, but also helping seek mindfulness.
