One Playground Surry Hills & One Playground Marrickville operate:
–Monday to Sunday | 24 Hours

One Playground Newtown operates:
–Monday to Friday | 5:30am – 10pm
–Saturday to Sunday | 7am – 7pm

The Bunker operates:
–Monday to Sunday | 6am – 1am

What are each gym’s staffed hours?

Marrickville: Monday to Friday | 10am – 7pm, Saturday & Sunday | 8am – 5pm
Newtown: Monday to Friday | 10am – 7pm, Saturday & Sunday | 8am – 5pm
Surry Hills: Monday to Friday | 10am – 7pm, Saturday & Sunday | 8am – 5pm
The Bunker: Monday to Friday | 10am – 7pm, Saturday | 8am – 5pm

MEMBERSHIP

How do I freeze my membership or coaching?
Please click here to download our Freeze Form and submit it to our Membership Service Team, who will contact you to review and complete your request

How do I cancel my membership and or coaching?
We’re sorry to hear you’re looking to cancel. If you just need a break, we understand, please see details of our freezing process here. To commence your cancellation request, please visit your home club or contact us here.

Can I change my membership type?
Yes, of course, you can! To commence your membership change request, please visit your home club or contact us here.

How do I update my payment details?
To update your payment details, please visit your home club or complete the following form here.

Why isn’t my access key working?
There could be a couple of reasons, please visit our membership team during staffed hours, and they will be able to assist you with being able to reactivate your access key.

How do I replace my access key?
Please visit your home club, and they will assist you with a key replacement. $30 fee applies.

Can I refer a friend?
HELL YEAH, your new gym buddy could even score you some free time! Click here to refer a friend.

How many speciality classes can I do?
3 per week or 6 per fortnight.

If I have a failed payment will my access key stop working straight away?
Yes, after 1 failed payment your access key will not work until payment is cleared.

Do I have access to the Bunker if I join One Playground?
No, The Bunker is an additional charge on your weekly membership fee. To upgrade to The Bunker please email train@thebunkergym.com.au

COACHING

Can I change how many coaching sessions I do per week?
Yes, of course, you can! To commence a coaching change request, please visit your home club or contact us here.

How do I reschedule my coaching session?
Contact your coach to reschedule your session. Heads up, don’t forget to do this within 24 hours to avoid any charges.

Am I still charged for a session if the coach cancels?
No, you will keep that session in credit.

Can I cancel my coaching direct debit?
Yes, visit any staff member in the office to complete a form or click here. You will be debited one final payment as your coaching notice period.

BOOKINGS

How do I book into classes?

  1. Download the One Playground App via the app store: Google or Apple
  2. Create your account using the Facebook, Gmail or the email you signed up with
  3. Select your home club
  4. Choose which class you would like to book into. Bookings open three days in advance at 12pm
  5. Enjoy your class!

How do I cancel my class booking?

  1. Log into your One Playground App
  2. Select home, to see your current bookings
  3. Select the cancel button to cancel your class booking
  4. Please cancel at least 10 hours prior to the class time to avoid any late cancellation fees.

How do I dispute a class booking charge?
We understand life gets in the way sometimes. You will receive an email providing you with an opportunity to dispute the class booking charge. Don’t forget to complete it within seven days.

How do I check into class
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class. Outside the studio, you will see an iPad with your name on the class list. Please select “Check-in” to mark your arrival. If you have any issues, please speak directly with the coach.

How do I book into the sauna?
– Log into your One Playground app, and select Marrickville as your location.
– Select ‘Book Infrared Sauna’ and choose your dates and time.
– Please contact marrickville@oneplayground.com.au for any further information.

What happens if I don’t show up to my sauna booking?
Please call the Marrickville club on 02 9559 6615 to cancel your booking. The session can be rescheduled for a future booking.

How many people can use the sauna at one time?
Max 2 people

Is the sauna an additional charge additional to the membership fees?
Yes – $25 single visit, an additional $10 for a second person.

How do I book my child into the creche?
– Log into your One Playground App, and select Marrickville as your location.
– Select Child Care and choose your dates and time.
– Please contact marrickville@oneplayground.com.au for any further information.

If I cancel creche will I be charged?
No

OTHER

Do you sell towels?
We sure do! Just pop into our office during staffed hours, and they will assist you. $15 fee.

Do you have parking available at your locations?

Marrickville
There is limited street parking available. You can also access the Woolworths rooftop car park. The facility is only a five minute walk from Marrickville train station.

Newtown
There is limited street parking available. The facility also has limited underground parking available via Concord Lane. The facility is only a three minute walk from St Peters train station.

Surry Hills & The Bunker
There is limited paid street parking. We recommend public transport as both locations are less than a ten minute walk from Central Station.
