2. I’m ‘that crazy dog lady’, having three of my own. I was previously a dog trainer and worked in dog rescue.

I take time to learn about my clients and have no one size fits all approach. I combine whole body movements utilising a lot of core and glutes with interactive, high intensity stuff like boxing. I take a holistic approach and know we all have good days and bad days - not every day is suitable for being pushed to your limits. My training style is whatever it needs to be for my client on any given day.
